Lugene Whitley, Executive Director of the Siskiyou County Arts Council and Fragments curator introduced Dr. Kendall Johnson.
Dr. Johnson discussed his work with an appreciative group of gallery guests.
Liberty Arts is honored to present the centerpiece exhibition for the countywide
