The Lyric exhibition opened with an afternoon breeze, which lifted the smoke and allowed guests to mingle in the Plaza as they listen to the talents of Scott Durbin on the keyboard.

Inside, visitors kept socially-distanced while following a course to view over twenty pieces created by a dozen artists.
Painting, photography, collage, encaustic and 3-dimensional works were represented in the show- all inspired by the lyrics of song and the feelings they evoke.

Special thanks to our new BFF, Celia Balderree for her gift of an exotic arrangement of flowers to set off the show.

County Seat, a collaborative installation of artistically-altered chairs, also opened on Miner Street in historic downtown Yreka with the opening of the The Lyric. The chairs were on display through September 26th.
